Here are some items I am currently feeling as we transition into summer. I know a lot of this is black, and you're probably thinking "none of these are summer colors Annabel what are you doing" but it's fine, because all I really ever wear is black so when summer rolls around nothing really changes.

You know I love the bold lips and flirty lashes look, and it's so easy to do in the summer! Pair it with comfy jeans and some Birkenstocks, and you are summer ready. 

Yes, it is going to get too hot for this outfit, but for now this is my go-to look!

The other day I went to Ulta, and was determined to walk out with products, without spending over twenty dollars. And I did it! Between clearance items and coupons my total came to 19.86; I was very proud of myself. The reason I went to Ulta was because I was having a mascara crisis, so you'll see that I picked up a few options to try out.

I haven't bought any makeup since, and I won't until June; I am trying to save my money, so I have put myself on a spending ban until then. But if you would like a review on any of these products, do let me know! I will be putting all of these new purchases to the test.

new to me || the urban decay naked 2 palette.

I know I am a little late to the party, but I wanted to share my latest indulgence: the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. I picked up this beauty with a gift card and a few coupons, and I have been using it every day ever since. The colors are unique and beautiful, the shade range is diverse, and the pigmentation and longevity makes them stand-out shadows in my collection. Before I dipped my brushes into the palette, however, I wanted to snap a few photos, and share some of my favorite shades:
